CALCULATION OF FLAT-THREADED SPRINGS FROM DYNAMIC LOADS

Abstract

The growing use of flat-threaded springs in mechanical engineering, robotics, nuclear power and other fields necessitates the development of a comprehensive method of constructive calculation. To that end, the dynamic properties of the spring such as frequenc­y of self-oscillations and the dynamic coefficients of loads have been comprehensively stu­d­i­e­d. The effect of different types of dynamic loads and the calculation of the corresponding dynamic coefficients are observed.
