Today the increasing load, intensity and speed of transport require increasing reliability of all structural elements of the transport infrastructure. A great popularity in solving these issues is restoration of serviceability of asphalt concrete pavements of highways by means of cold regeneration and occupied the using of astringents and additives of various effects. Widely used additives are a polymer-mineral composition Nicoflok and superplasticizer C-3. The change in the properties of cement due to the effect of mechanochemistry during joint grinding of cement and additives is considered.
