Abstract

In the current paper, the potential of tartaric acid derivative biodegradation by newly discovered microorganisms, isolated from fossil cave mud of Asni Cave and Aqueduct, was discussed. Four cultures of thermophilic spore-forming Bacillus, which are able to biodegradation the tartaric acid derivatives were discovered. These research have ecological and archeological significance.
