The physical - mechanical and technological properties of space-stitched homo - copolymers directly depend not only on the nature and composition of monomeric links in the polymer chain, but also on the density of three-dimensional structures formed in the process of stitching between macromolecules As it is known, the depth and density of stitches between polymer segments are mainly dependent on the reaction capability and the functional composition of corresponding stitchers. To obtain stitcհed polymers with the set properties and based on them, composite materiads the selection of an adequate sticher is very important.
In this regard, the choice of the composition among well-known stitchers and the creation of their new analogue is not only of theoretical, but also practical interest. In this article, a new stitcher based on the Mn(II) chelate complex, containing vinyl functional groups capable of participating in the process of radical copolimerization with vinyl monomeasurements is proposed. In particular the radical copolymerzation of acrilic acid (Ak) acrylamide (AA), in the presence of the chelate complex obtained by interaction of N- methylol acrylamide with acetate Mn (II), (XK-Mn(AA)2) is studied. The constants of copolimerization r1 and r2 and monomeric pairs: AK-[XK-Mn(AA)2] and AA-[XK-Mn (AA)2] have been determined. For pairs of monomers r1 and r2 were equal: 2.8 ± 0.2 and 1.4 ± 0.5, and for the second pairs - to 1.82 ± 0.2 and 0.8 ± 0.1 respectively.
It is shown that applying the obtained complex as a stitcher for the copolymer AK and AA not only impraves the water-absorbing property of the stitched copolymer, but also increases its frost and heat resistance.
