INVESTIGATING THE SURFACE PROPERTIES OF NANOSTRUCTURE CARBON FILMS

Abstract

Topological images for different types of carbon film surfaces are obtained using the atom force microscope. The surface potential for these samples are measured using the Kelvin method. Comparative analysis of the obtained results is carried out.
