TECHNOLOGY FOR FORMING A REGULAR PLATE-SIZED MICRORELIEF

Abstract

A new technology for the formation of a regular plateau-shaped microrelief has been developed, which will find application in various branches of machine building in the processes of forming working surfaces of machine parts operating under conditions of sliding friction and heavily loaded cyclic loads. The use of this method will double the productivity of the formation of a regular plateau-like microrelief by simultaneously processes of formation of the plateau-shaped elements and lubricating pockets.
