Abstract

Bi- and triple layer graphene sample, synthesized by micromechanical exfoliation, has been investigated by Raman mapping. Raman maps of 2D and G peaks show that the changes in the intensity, position and FWHM of the peaks are connected with the changes of the number of the layer and not with the disorder or strain in graphene.
