Abstract

Together with the classical methods of the theory of transformation of SUPER FINE frequency (RF) signals for parametric diode devices, many practical methods are developed for analyzing and calculating the number of options each year. To the development of the general theory of the microwave signal conversion many scientific papers, are devoted whose results simplify the process of analysis and calculation, as well increase the accuracy and reliability of the system. An option to solve this problem for a microwave transistor parametric multiplier (TPU) is proposed which substantially simplifies the process of analysis, which is associated with the solution of nonlinear differential equations of the n-th order with variable coefficients.
