Abstract

The memory elements and circuits of self-directed channel memristors are studied. The impulse characteristics of the memristors are studied. It is shown that they have property of multilevel memory. The research of input-output transfer characteristics of 4 possible types of circuits comprised of two memristors and analysis of their logic operations are performed.
