Abstract

Universal ultrasonic industrial devices have been developed for hardening the working surfaces of prismatic and cylindrical machine parts, respectively, with magnetoelastic or piezoceramic transformers and spherical diamond or cylindrical indenters, which are equipped with a dynamometer with digital indication.

The proposed designs of ultrasonic devices can be used in industry for the processes of ultrasonic hardening of the working surfaces of prismatic and cylindrical machine parts.
