Abstract

The process of dispersis grinding of slas of copper production in different mills and different environments is investigated. It has been shown that due to mechanochemical activation, the mechanical energy in the mills converts to thermal energy, which accumulates on the surface of the solid material, leading to an increase in the chemical activity of the interacting substances and to new transformations, occurring at incomparably lower energies and temperatures.
