A METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE ERRORS OF THE FLATTENED MILLING CUTTERS DURING GRINDING

Abstract

The errors after processing by a mill of the j-th power degree in the i-th point are investigated: the error in height Δhij; by the normal ΔNij; on the profile angle Δφij; on the deviation from straightness fij. The experiments were carried out, using the algorithmic programming languages, the Madcad and the Tflex-3D system. The dependence of the change in the error of the overall (overall) height of the profile h of the machined surface on the value (angle) of grinding of the milling cutter is established: h = f (ξ).
