STRUCTURAL STRENGTH OF PRINTING PAPER

Abstract

Physical and mechanical properties of printing paper are considered, taking the single mass of paper. A physical model of a paper sheet is proposed. It is shown that into account the strength of the paper of break and the tear of fibers are functions of the single mass of paper and the fiber direction.
