Abstract

The operation and characteristics of the self-directed channel (SDC) tungsten Knowm memristors, and their characteristics in the frequency range upto 10 kHz are studied. The mentioned memristors are characterized by low switching voltages, high on/off ratios, long shelf life and are able to integrate logic in memory.
