Abstract

In various institutions and organizations, a large amount of waste, expired chemicals, and unused reagents are accumulated, which create difficulties in their storage, possible secondary use or complex utilization.

For their effective use, it is necessary to have sufficiently complete and objective information acceptable to producers and consumers of chemical products and substances, which will also allow to reduce the environmental risk during their storage.

Having complete information on the presence of chemicals and waste, it is possible to conduct an inventory and develop an information and analytical system, which, based on the collected information, will allow the creation of an electronic database, which is the basis for further collection, accumulation and storage of relevant information.

The article discusses current issues related to the physical and chemical properties, toxicity and cumulative effect of substances, as well as the need for their systematic classification and accounting. It presents the concepts of a web platform designed to automate the processes of booking, storing and analyzing chemicals, ensuring compliance with human health requirements.
