Abstract

At various enterprises and institutions, waste and obsolete substances are accumulated that are not subject to use at the given enterprise. Industrial waste in the chemical industry is one of the main polluting elements for the environment. At present, no one takes their number into account, which is increasing every year. Incorrect storage and violation of waste disposal standards cause pollution of waters and soils, changes in the biosphere and other negative consequences. Within the framework of production, it is difficult to organize waste disposal if the given enterprise does not specifically specialize in this task. A large amount of chemical waste is generated in the laboratories of the relevant departments of universities and research institutes. In addition, over years, various substances accumulatie in laboratories, mostly expired, for many of which, due to their danger to human life and health, special conditions for storage and use should be maintained. Currently, a great amount of wastes and expired chemicals accumulaties in landfills, warehouses and repositories. However, the accumulation cannot be eternal - it is more correct to use them (if possible) in the form of initial or secondary raw materials for other industries, or to expose them to neutralization and processing.

For the management of chemicals, mainly wastes and overdue substances, information is needed that must be comprehensive, validated and up-to-date.

The developed program makes it possible to minimize the amount of the newly acquired chemical, and at the same time the stored substance will go out of circulation. With regard to wastes, here, also, having complete information, you can solve the problem of their disposal or neutralization.
