Abstract

Processes of silicate formation in the heat-treatment process of the glass batch C72-4 have been studied, the temperature of the glass melt has been determined.The investigations have been carried out by X- ray phase anaiysis. It has been determined that the processes of silicate formation proceed more intensively beginning from 9000C. The investigation results have revealed the phase conversions and temperature for the formation of a uniform glass melt - 14500C.
